Wczoraj miałam przyjemność poprowadzenia wykładu dla słuchaczy
Uniwersytetu Trzeciego Wieku na Uniwersytecie Gdańskim. Wykład poświęcony był osiemnastowiecznemu roztańczonemu Gdańskowi i większą część wykładu poświęciłam działalności Gottfrieda Tauberta w Gdańsku. Nie spodziewałam się aż tylu słuchaczy (było ponad 50 osób?). Wykład wyszedł bardzo wesoły bo nie mogło zabraknąć omówienia techniki tanecznej preferowanej w omawianym stuleciu. Nakreśliłam także obraz kulturowo - obyczajowy jaki istniał w Gdańsku i na tle ówczesnej Europy. Niestety miałam tylko godzinę a to jest wielki dylemat dla wykładowcy aby podać tylko najistotniejsze informacje.
Yesterday I had the pleasure to lead a lecture for the students of the University of the Third Age at the University of Gdansk. The lecturewas about 18th century Danzig (Gdansk) and the greater part of the course devoted Gottfried Taubert activities in Gdansk. I did not expect so many students (there were more than 50 people?). The lecture went very jolly because I show the some steps of Polonaise and minuet ordinaire and I have a discussion of dance technique preferred in the 18th century. I tooka bout a dance culture and a customs that existed in Gdansk and the background of contemporary Europe. Unfortunately I only had an hour and this is a big dilemma for the teacher to give only the most important information.
